Siam (CBD), also dubbed as the Ginza of ​​Thailand, is the essential landmark of Bangkok lifestyle center that has been with the city for a long time. This golden location is the number one shopping district in Bangkok that offers a colorful, hip, charming vibe — supporting middle-, upper-class groups, local and international tourists; thus, generating the most visitors per day in the country.

It is a legendary area and today being the fashion hub of the country, blending modern trends with unique arts and culture harmoniously. There is a high potential for economic growth and trade with continuous development.

Located on both sides of Rama I Road, the Siam is a continuation area to the Ratchaprasong in Pathumwan District. It covers Pathumwan’s Intersection to Chaloem Phao’s Intersection. Siam is also the mass transportation hub; travelling into the Siam area is convenient. You can come by car and the sky train that connects to 2 stations, namely Siam Station and National Stadium Station.

The name of the Siam area comes from the Siam Intercontinental Hotel, one of the first early 5-star hotels in Thailand (the land now built as Siam Paragon). And it is also a landmark that has made the nearby area collectively referred to as “Siam District” for more than 50 years.
