Asoke : Big Business, Meet, Urban

“Asoke” or “Asoke Montri Road” (Real CBD) is Bangkok’s vibrant and bustling mid-city area. It is one of the central business districts of Thailand. This economical road is an ever-changing lifestyle hub that has a high potential. The unique and colorful neighborhood has grown exponentially. It is a source of leading business offices, entertainment, and finance companies, including world-class companies.

It divided the upper and middle Sukhumvit, has the most office area in Thailand (more than a million square meters), and is the center of the city connecting all lifestyles that mixes the variety perfectly. This location has denser housing than the Lower-Sukhumvit area. With being a commute hub that is streamlining, it has all the amenities. Therefore, it is popular among ex-pat from various nationalities, investors, and people who like to live in Urban Living.

Asoke (formerly known as Soi Sukhumvit 21) is a 1.3 kilometers long road that cuts from Sukhumvit to Petchburi Road. This business district has a long history before the Tom Yum Kung economic crisis. Currently, it is still a hot location all the time.

The area is full of dense high-rise buildings, Grade-A offices for rent, Shopping at all levels, enormous shopping malls, supermarkets, luxury hotels, famous flea markets, residences, high-end condominiums, international restaurants, trendy shops with a good atmosphere, shops in mixed-use projects, embassies, educational institutions, language institutes, tour and travel businesses, fitnesses, spas, beauty salons.

Asoke Intersection is dubbing as Bangkok’s Ground Zero. It is a popular meeting point for both business and hangout of office workers, from childhood, middle age, to the elderly; because it is easily accessible and close to other office districts. Can travel continuously to Sathorn, Silom, Rama IX and outside the city.

As a transportation hub with two electric trains connecting, the Asoke’s Interchange Station is where BTS Green Line meet MRT Blue Line and is close to the Airport Link (to Suvarnabhumi International Airport). It is also a confluence of the three main roads: Asoke Montri, Ratchadaphisek, and Sukhumvit.
