Sukhumvit (CBD), is a vibrant and bustling area, one of Thailand’s central economic districts, and is popular among Thais and multi-ethnic ex-pats. The primary business areas, trade, commercial services, investment from Thailand and abroad.

Located in the heart of Bangkok city, there is a similar proportion of foreigners and Thais in a work-life balance of various lifestyles. It offers entirely convenient facilities at many levels. Suitable for people of all nationalities and cultures.

The Sukhumvit area is full of Thai and foreign company’s offices, office buildings for rent, embassies, many-level hotels, leading department stores, world-class shopping centers, Asia’s famous international hospitals, community malls, chic restaurants, famous Michelin stars, hip coffee shops, retail shops, old markets, luxury condominiums, and international schools.

There are also many pubs, bars, clubs, and entertainment venues along the alleys in this area to help you relax after work and enjoy the colors in the night to the extreme.

Sukhumvit is a continuation of Ploenchit Road, which started from the city’s heart at the intersection under the Ploenchit-Sukhumvit Expressway long to the suburbs in Udom Suk area. The road runs through the entire neighborhood out to Samut Prakan province. It passes into the eastern region, the industrial, manufacturing, and export zones, and the famous seaside of the Thai Gulf.

Sukhumvit Road today is part of the main road between Bangkok-Samut Prakan. It has many BTS Skytrain stations for easy access to other central business districts. There is a connection point for the subway at the Asoke intersection not far from the Airport Link to Suvarnabhumi International Airport. It can travel to the eastern region easily and has a Bangkok Eastern Bus Terminal (Ekkamai).

Lower-Sukhumvit (Real CBD): Sukhumvit Soi 1, Nana, Asoke

One of Bangkok’s central business districts. The multinational area with an international vibe that mixes diversity, being the location of large business’ offices in the Wattana and Khlong Toei. It is dense with office buildings, crowded with foreigners who come to do business, work, and live in the area.

Full of Grade-A offices for rent, super-luxury hotels, high-value condominiums, international restaurants, and many entertainment sources — suitable for those who want to live in an Urban Living style. There is a big lifestyle shopping mall with many world-leading brand shops and the most prominent food court.

The Interchange Station (MRT & BTS) is a bustling and convenient transportation hub; it is also a meeting point for business and social gatherings. Lower Sukhumvit is near the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center and Benjakitti Park, with a big pond to relax and exercise while admiring the stunning views of the city’s skyline.

Middle-Sukhumvit (New CBD): Phrom Phong, Thonglor, Ekkamai, Phra Khanong

A work-life balance district that never sleeps. The source of trends and residential location for celebrities and elites of Bangkok. The Middle Sukhumvit is a unique, outstanding, and exciting area unlike anywhere else in Thailand.

It is close to various business districts that can easily travel to work, and the atmosphere and environment are suitable for lifestyle living — among the premium gathering places. These neighborhoods are full of high-end comfort facilities, Grade-A offices for rent, World Class shopping, chic restaurants, hip coffee shops, night light sources, high-end condominiums, leading hospitals, famous international schools.

There is a Benchasiri Park, a green area for relaxation and exercise. Most people who live and work in this zone are Thai people and ex-pats with high purchasing power and love to live in the city.

Upper-Sukhumvit (Extended New CBD): On Nut, Bang Chak, Punnawithi, Udom Suk

The Upper Sukhumvit is a prominent residential location near the city center. This location attracts young workers due to the cost of living in this area is not very high. It is fast-growing and has been developing to support the city’s expansion.

The atmosphere is calm and not as crowded as the Middle and Lower-Sukhumvit. There are many new residential and commercial projects, offices for rent, delicious restaurants with various dining options, convenience stores, modern shopping malls, many-level condominiums and apartments, old markets, communities, local shops.

It is an area where you can own property at a very affordable price. Can go out to Bangna Srinakarin Road and Suan Luang Rama IX (the largest and most beautiful public park in Bangkok). This area has the potential to keep watching.
