Lat Phrao Intersection (New CBD) or Ha Yaek Lat Phrao in Thai, a potential economic area with completeness and vitality, is a bustling transport hub and an essential commercial neighborhood. This district is home to many large national organizations, including public companies, state enterprises, and government agencies.

The leading organizations headquartered in this zone are Petroleum Authority of Thailand, BOI Office, Ministry of Energy, Thai Military Bank, Thai Airways, etc.
