Phayathai (CBD), the prominent economic area in middle Bangkok, is a potential business and commercial resource. It is home to many company offices and commercial buildings for rent, a job source for both the private sector and government agencies —  offers many careers and works.

Phayathai, a historical road built during King Chulalongkorn’s reign, starts from Rama IV (Sam Yan Intersection), goes north through Chulalongkorn University, intersects Rama I (Pathumwan Intersection), then cross the Saen Saep canal at Chalermla Bridge 56, and intersects with Petchburi Road. (Ratchathewi intersection).

Then straight to the northeast, cross the east railway, intersect with Sri Ayutthaya Road (Phayathai Intersection), and end at the Victory Monument. – As an essential main route, during rush hour, it is crowded with various cars.

This historic district has Thailand’s first university. It is filled with many important places, including mixed-use projects, business offices, grade premium offices for rent, multi-level hotels, luxury condominiums, leading hospitals, medical institutions, government agencies, banks, commercial buildings, showrooms, and service centers.

Furthermore, there is a duty-free shopping center, shopping malls, supermarkets, retail spaces, movie theaters, famous flea markets for office workers, communities, residences, galleries, museums, educational institutions, language institutes, cram schools, bookstores, beauty institutes, cosmetic shops, drug stores, dance school, fitness centers, spas, traditional massages, and nightlife.

Additionally, you can find famous buffet eateries, popular restaurants of various styles, renowned coffee shops, old shops (open for a long time), friendly atmosphere cafes.

Finally, essential places in the past, such as palaces. And many former movie theaters in the prosperity era, such as McKenna, Athens, EMI, Paramount, and Century.
